All cruises are subject to weather, tidal and seasonal changes.
J.C.C. reserves the right to cancel or change specs on any cruise.
Passengers and guests are made fully aware of muster stations and all safety aspects of the boat prior to departure.
The Captains word is final and must be adhered to completely in any emergency.
J.C.C. reserves the right to change jetty (Scarborough, Redcliffe or Bribie Island)
The provision of complimentary alcohol is for guests aged 18 +. Normal RSA (responsible service of alcohol) applies.
If guest/s give less than 24 hrs notice of cancellation, a full refund is not applicable.
Where a cruise is cancelled subject to weather, tidal and seasonal changes, all effort will be made to reschedule the booked cruise for a later mutual date or time.
All effort is made to protect and provide a safe, enjoyable experience for staff, crew and passengers.
